Belle Vue Motors are open for both servicing & MOT testing, business as usual with - social distance - customer self check in screens - contact less customer drop off - contact less customer collect.
All cars now also have a bacterial sanitation that takes about 30 mins.

It is great to be able to get back out either on two wheels or in four wheels again.
So, what has changed this week?
Firstly, our workshops are now open on an appointment only basis. We have robust check in and check out procedures and so far, it has been going very well. The teams have literally been flat out fulfilling many motorcycle and car service and repair requirements for our customers.
Secondly, we are now able to offer appointments to collect pre purchased motorcycles and cars which have been purchased over the phone, online or purchased before the lockdown. Think of it as a click and collect service, but again this is on an appointment only basis and as such we cannot allow access to the showrooms.
Thirdly, we will not be open on Mondays until further notice
Whilst we are open in a limited and controlled manner, we are also working with a skeleton team of very hard-working individuals. Our goal is to provide you all with the very best levels of customer experience and to keep everyone safe from harm. If you do need an appointment, please ring ahead, this will enable us to prepare for your arrival professionally.
Please be understanding with us as it may be some time before it is business as usual.

Coronavirus. Covid 19 – Preparing to open.
Dear customers and friends.
We are currently preparing our business for re-opening and look forward to serving you as soon as our Covid 19 safety measures are fully in place.
We plan to open our workshops and service department from Tuesday 19th May, with our showrooms re-opening from Tuesday 2nd June.
Much of this depends on Government advise and legislation, so will update you again if this changes.

RELAUNCH UPDATE: PREPARING THE WAY TO OPEN FROM TUESDAY 19TH MAY.
First and foremost, I hope that you and those closest to you are all well.
This week we have started to recalled a core team back to Belle Vue Motors to prepare the way to open from the 19th May (subject to any further Government advise).
Our workshops will open on an appointment only basis along with our showrooms. In preparation for this we will be busy contacting those customers whose services were cancelled due to the lock-down and getting back to those who have been in touch during this period. Like every year, but even more so this year, our service workshops will have extended lead times during the summer months and as such should you need a service this summer please book early.
The team have been planning extensively the health & safety measures to ensure that Belle Vue Motors remain safe and virus free. I would like to take this opportunity to give a brief overview of these measures. We will be maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene and implementing strict social distancing measures. This will be managed through clear signage, floor markings, rigorous cleaning by the whole team, and working on an appointment only basis to limit the numbers of customers in-store at any one time. The team have also been provided with their individual PPE to keep everyone safe.
Thank you in advance for your support and understanding as we open again in a measured and controlled manner, whilst creating a welcoming environment with the best levels of customer experience.
